At FETDOM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
